My boyfriend has been treated for chlamydia with a shot and pills i want to know if he has sex with me with a condom will that affect his treatment? him ejaculating in stuff will that mess up the medication in him?

He should complete: He should complete treatment before he has sex.

No: Using a condom while engaging in sex--a very good idea--will not interfere with the medications he is receiving for treatment of his Chlamydia. A word of advice--if you have not been evaluated for Chlamydia, you should. Many infections are asymptomatic and can have long-term consequences if not treated.
