Get care, GUM clinic: Unusual to get chlamydia with a condom, but possible if any contact like partial penetration before condom was placed. Maybe infected from a previous event; it can take weeks or months before symptoms. Epididymitis unlikely if no severe pain & enlargement of only 1 testicle; discomfort or mild pain don't count. For any suspected STD, HIV test is advisable. Expert care at your local NHS GUM clinic.

Yes.: I say yes only because if it's chlamydia it may have come from a previous encounter. Epididymitis is not necessary a STD.
