Yeast? Herpes?: Vaginal yeast infection and herpes are the two most common causes of vaginal or labial burning or irritation. (Probably not "vaginal walls". The vaginal lining has no pain nerves.) Chlamydia treatment might trigger a yeast infection. Recent chlamydia could mean risk for another STD like herpes, but probably you would see obvious sores. See your doctor, and no sex until then.
