Pesky warts: Warts can be a cosmetic nightmare. They are hard to spot initially, so at your first round of cryotherapy, there may be others that will 'come out' later. Wart viruses specialize in trying to evade the immune system. HPV as found in the genital tract and warts on the skin are actually quite different. Best to see a gyn for the first and a dermatologist for the 2nd. I like 'occlusive' therapy BTW.

Here are some ...: Thigh is not a common site for wart. How was you diagnosed to have HPV - by microscopic tissue exam or by blood test or just by its appearance? Accumulated experience has told us that some 50% of treated patients expect wart recurrence in follow-up regardless of the methods of Rx. Besides, some patients have no visible HPV lesion, but just harboring its virus as carriers. More? Ask Doc timely.
