Not STD: No STD is a likely cause of symptoms like this. See your doctor for professional advice and diagnosis, but don't worry about STD. If you may be at risk for STD (new partner, partner with other partners, etc), you probably should have routine STD testing, while it's on your mind. But even if something turns up positive, probably it wouldn't explain your mouth problem. Good luck.
