Painful genitals: I am not 100% sure I understand your question - but it sounds like you are asking about a continually painful penile lesion. I think a urologist needs to see that - and probably perform a biopsy to determine what is the problem. I once saw a case of Paget's disease of the genitals which should be on the differential diagnosis here. http://www.jmedicalcasereports.com/content/3/1/4
