Chlamydia: As long as antibiotic selected covers chlamydia - that sounds fine. Was there a specific question? Please re-ask and clarify if you need more info.

The shot?: The shot was most likely ceftriaxone - it's the treatment for gonorrhea. Those infections tend to coexist. I'm thinking maybe that's the question you're asking? Hope this helps!
