You sound: seriously constipated. Consider a change in diet, avoiding complex carbs and taking in more stone fruits and their juices. You may also need a daily dose of PEG 3350 and/or Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) to soften your stools so that you are going more frequently and not passing such large ones.
