Consider Rhogam: if your blood type is Rh negative, you need to be extremely cautious about any pregnancy related bleeding, because it could affect the health of future pregnancies. It is unlikely for bleeding this early on to have any effect, however the risk on future pregnancies is so high and RhoGAM is so easy to get that getting a shot ASAP is advisable. A pelvic exam and ultrasounds would be good as well.
