I have flaky dry skin spots on the head of my penis and they wont go away... no itch. but some mild pain?

Many factors...: ...including: friction caused by rubbing against clothing, foreplay, intercourse or masturbation. Laundry detergents/lotions/different soaps. Eczema which can be treated with a steroid cream, OTC or prescribed. Could be a fungus, which may require prescribed topical cream. Use fragrance free mild soap, wear cotton underwear, use extra rinse in wash, use lubricant for sex, etc. See doc if persists.
