Hi, i am having testosterone levels of 350 ng/dl which dropped from 470 in one year. i have small testicles(12 and 11 ml). can they be responsible?

Unlikely: 1st Q: why were levels checked? Typically, there's no reason to check T level in 20-21yo such as yourself. 2nd Q: what time was blood drawn? T level varies w/time of day, higher in AM & lower in PM. Recommendation: discuss your concerns w/ordering physician.
