It shouldn't...: Having only one testicle should not effect your testosterone level if you have normal leydig cell function in the remaining testicle. These cells make testosterone (t). Many who have lost a testicle to localized cancer, torsion, or fetal loss do not require supplemental t. But if you have atrophy, damage, or radiation therapy to the remaining testis, you may need to check & supplement with t.
