Used a condom during sex but when i ejaculated the condom was halfway off.. chances of pregnancy? did go to bathroom to check for any breaks but there wasn't. she is on birth control but just finished her sugar pills.?

Unlikely: If a woman has been on BC for a while, she is not at risk of pregnancy from intercourse at any point of her cycle, including the sugar pill phase. Using a condom as backup is a good practice but just adds extra protection. Any form of BC fails on occasion but used correctly ( not missing any pills) it is uncommon.
