No means "yes"?: So your MD says no to sex for a valid reason, and you say to hubby, shoot what does the MD know, "lets go for it." Now, oops "I am worried can I miscarry?" Yes you can, but the orgasm would not necessarily precipitate a miscarriage. Time to "grow up" and listen to good medical advice in the future. There are always "close encounters of the third kind" for sex, and not intercourse (first kind).
