Depends: Are you having unprotected sex? If you are not, there is no need to worry about pregnancy. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. Since you missed two periods it is time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time.
