YES: It is very important to still have blood test. It is still possible to be pregnant even with vaginal bleeding. It is not unusual for normal pregnancies to have bleeding during early pregnancy. An abnormal pregnancy (miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy) is possible as well. Thus, it is important to still obtain the pregnancy test.
