No: Vitamin D can be very helpful for maintaining healthy bones and a normal Calcium and may have other beneficial effects as well but improving erections is not one of them. Taking 10,000 units once a week is a good way to make sure you are getting enough D but taking the same amount every day could put you at risk for vitamin D overdose.
