Typically not: The b vitamins are key to good neurological function which is involved in an erection but a vitamin b deficiency other than B12 is very uncommon in this day and age. Have your B12 level checked to see if you are lacking and get your B12 from wild fish like salmon (or less preferably from chicken and meat).
