UTI? STD? Herpes?: I don't understand "HVS". Do you mean HSV (herpes simplex virus)? The lab results suggest urine and urinary tract infection due to E. coli. But you also chose tags "drainage" and "pus". Do you have vaginal discharge? Maybe more than one problem here. Were you tested for other STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas? Follow doctor's advice about further testing, treatment, etc. Good luck!
