No, worry's bad: It is good that you used Plan B and early too! But it was a bit early for the most likely ovulation days and mild cramps can mean too many other things. If they get worse or you can't relax - have an exam. Also, if your period doesn't come as usual, do a test - but it's not likely to be positive.
