It means: that you are responsible and careful. Monitor your cycles and use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for cramping and bleeding. If symptoms are severe, see your GYN.

Spotting: It sounds like spotting from trauma to the cervix or vagina from sex or cervicitis or vaginitis . It also could be hormonal problem. If this happens again see your gyn.
