You aren't pregnant: If you used the pill and didn't miss a pill and then used a condom on top of using pill, the likelihood of pregnancy is nearly zero. So long as used condom correctly and put on before any penetration. I'm not sure why you're having cramping, but could be due to something else. Take a test if you miss your period, but i'd be very surprised if you're pregnant. Good luck!
