I started bc a month ago to regulate my period now on day 4 of placebo pills and still no breakthrough bleeding???? why is this?

It happens: Sometimes the Bc affects the lining of the uterus in this way.So insteAd of bleeding you have none because the lining is thin.

Depends: If you have heavy cycles it may take a couple days into the new pack to stop. Same issue if you have endometriosis or fibroids.

Yes: There his s good chance you will have no bleeding with Nexplanon. You may not need to take the pills, talk to your GYN.
