Pregnant on pill: Usually not because pill hormone doses are low but you can bleed despite being pregnant because the drop in hormones during the pill period week can trigger bleeding for some women. That is why with bleeding on the pill checking a pregnancy test is important. Pregnancy itself can also cause some bleeding sometimes and it can seem like it is pill bleeding.
