PEYRONIES DISEASE: PEYRONIES Disease can be difficult to treat. You need a full exam and lab workup . It may respond to oral and topical VITE. Also a full urology consult Have testosterone level checked. Ultrasound treatments to the shFt may help, if not steroid injection may be needed. If ED is still an issue and labs are normal and empiric trial of cialis /Levitra /Viagra may help
