A member asked:

Can a peyronies plague affect the length of the penis in the flaccid state? if so then is it serious despite still being able to attain an erection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See remark: Peyronie's plaque is basically a scar tissue on the wall of cylindrical compartment that contains the erection tissue. Hence the scar can "shorten " the penile shaft. It is not serious medically. The erect penis in this condition bends, which may be annoying to some. If you have any trouble see a urologist interested in this field...best of luck
