See remark: Peyronie's plaque is basically a scar tissue on the wall of cylindrical compartment that contains the erection tissue. Hence the scar can "shorten " the penile shaft. It is not serious medically.The erect penis in this condition bends,which may be annoying to some. If you have any trouble see a urologist interested in this field...best of luck
