See doctor ASAP: Any new vaginal discharge or bleeding/spotting between normal periods should be professionally evaluated, especially if accompanied by low abdominal or pelvic pain or "pressure". Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, i.e. fallopian tube infection) are concerns if you are at risk for STD (new partner, partner with other sex partners, etc). See your doctor soon.
