I took azithromycin weeks ago but still have small amounts of clear discharge in the am. also unusually low libido and feel like i have to pee often. tested negative chla/gon. what meds should i take?

Culture?!: If you didn't get "c&s", a culture & sensitivity on the discharge, you don't know what the pathogen is or whether or not it's sensitive to the antibiotic. The current cdc recommendation for treatment of gonnococcus utilizes a 250mg intramuscular injection of Ceftriaxone followed with 7 days of azithromycin, 1 gram orally twice a day.
