See below: I am making as assumption as i answer this question. Feel free to clarify if my assumption is wrong. My assumption - you are presently on the 2nd day where you should take the sugar pill. If that is the case, you may still have some spotting from having the hormonal drop from the sugar pill - this is the trigger for a period.
