I got my period before i started my sugar pills in my birth control pack... will i get my period again once i actually start the sugar pills?

Depends: If you got your period close to the last week of pills (the sugar pill week) then likely you won't have another period. If you had the breakthrough bleeding at the beginning of cycle, then likely you will get period. Sometimes this happens. If bothersome, can consider changing your pill brand. Some pills also have higher estrogen which can lessen breakthrough bleeding. Good luck!
