Get General check up: I will recommend a general check up with your PCP, he/she will conduct preliminary evaluation and point you in the right directions. Your symptoms suggest possibility of depression but proper evaluation is needed. Go to the ER if you have suicidal thoughts otherwise call your PCP today.
