PCOS: bleeding: PCOS is treated with oral bcp's, and the bleeding most frequently associated with oral bcp's comes from not taking them punctually, since today's pills contain very low amounts of hormones. Take the active pills in the evening, no more than an hour later than the previous day's active pill. If the bleeding continues, stop the pill, wait five days, and start a new pack, staying punctual.
