Add fiber/exercise: You are drinking enough water. Having a regular bowel movement requires water, fiber and movement. Try adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet or adding a fiber supplement like metamucil. It is also important that you are moving so do some walking several times a day. If all this does not help see your doctor.
