Probably unrelated: Very likely you are experiencing a separate mild gastroenteritis or intestinal "bug." I doubt "a couple of insertions" would have been enough to transmit a sexually transmitted infection or that it would be causing these symptoms, and only after 4 days. Keep up your fluid intake if vomiting, eat BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) as tolerated, and rest. Good wishes:)
