Slim: You are unlikely to be pregnant if you have normal cycles and had unprotected sex on day 9. Especially after morning after pill and now heavy bleeding. It is possible that you could have had a super early ovulation but unlikely.... and it is always possible that the norethindrone didn't work but unlikely.
