Not very likely but: Fertility may return quickly after removal of your IUD particularly if it was a copper IUD like ParaGard but probably not on the same day it was removed . Since there is always a remote possibility of a rare unsuspected pregnancy even with an IUD, you may want to check your blood betaHCG if you really want to be sure.
