I had my iud removed 3 weeks ago but only had my period for one day after it got removed and i havnt had a period since could i be pregnant?

Yes its possible: I am not sure when you say "you got period 1 day after it was removed - if you mean immediately or now 3 wks later. It wouldnt be unusual to have a little bleeding after iud removal and it may not be real period. Otherwise 3 weeks is a little early to expect a cycle- should be another week. However if you had sex during your high fertility time ( last wk) then pregnancy is possible.
