Is there any link in between varicoceles & epididymis or vas-deferens? why my right testis veins always swells after urination?

No connection : Varicoceles are not related to the vas or epididymis directly. If you strain when you pee, this can cause high abdominal pressure which will bulge out your veins more. See a urologist who can do a pressure/flow study on your urination.
