Pilonidal cyst: It sounds like a pilonidal cyst if no to minimal symptoms, surgery not needed. Sitz baths may help. Depending on the doctors expertise, a procedure can be done in the office to fix the problem. If surgery is needed, its an easy one, same day surgery, minimal down time and discomfort.
