I don't know.: I don't know the reason. Maybe depression? Maybe low vitamin d? Maybe hypothyroid? Maybe relationship with partner is strained? Maybe that is constitutionally part of your personality? But, given your gender and age one must look at sleep issues, blood sugar, weight and how in or out of shape you are. There is also a chance you have developed a low thyroid condition. A good medical provider can help you sort all of this out.
