Prostatitis: You may have several things happening at once. Prostatitis can interfere w/sexual response to a limited degree. You mention potency and libedo. Please see a urologist. After that, a licensed sex therapist or clinical psychologist may be helpful depending on results . Sexual response is a combo of physical and psychological processes so you need to cover all bases.
