Why?: Why would you stop the flow of secretions in the first place? Use a tissue. I do not know if anything bad will happen from the stoppage but i doubt anything good will.

What you described is normal. Hyperesthesia after ejaculation is normal, so is leaking semen discharge after an ejaculation. Wish you good health!
