Premature : Ejaculation is not uncommon. If it is a significant issue then a low dose med of a class called an ssri would help. It's generally for mood and stress and would need to take a low dose daily. Sertraline 25 mg or escitalopram 5 mg should do it without too many other side effects but talk with your doc. Gd luck.
