Exfoliation skincare: This can be a difficult problem especially if associated it's keratosis pilaris. Exfoliation with gentle moisturizers may help. Some have used laser hair removal for this purpose. Retinoids and salicylic acid peels may also be of help. Dermatologists may prescribe a full range of products as well.
