What to do if i injured an ingrown hair pimple for the second time without being able to remove the hair, it seems deep and the area turns red and inflamed and the skin is irritated around it. how to manage with this situation and prevent scaring?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try warm fomentation and triple antibiotic cream, available over the counter. If that does not help in a week or so it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
