Topical therapy : Isopropyl alcohol is a drying agent. The skin will need moisturizing and sun protection. Sometimes a mild corticosteroid cream will decrease the inflammation. If the discoloration is pigment you my need to see your dermatologist for topical care and sun screens.

Stop the alcohol...: Rubbing alcohol is very drying to the skin and so if irritation has developed, stop using it. If mild, keep areas moisturize with a good skin lotion and it will likey improve in few days to a wk or two. If more if more significant, some topical cortisone may help. Consult doc for your acne trouble and I am sure you will be treated/advised accordingly. Good luck.
