If some one you know has hpv in there mouth can you get it if you drink from there cups or ate food they made.

Yes, possiblly: Hpv is a viral disease and can be spread by contact or toutching contaminated persons or fomites. How long the virus might live on a fomite like a cup and still be infectious is not known exactly but it should dry out in a few minutes or after washing. Contaminated food would be unlikely.
