Dear doctors i have had really painful and swollen breasts for the past 6 weeks. my periods became late and irregular suddenly. pls help?

Menometorrhagia: How old are you? Is there sudden change in weight ( loss or gain)? Any other disease- lupus etc? When was last time your thyroid hormone levels were checked? Any stresses in life? Answers to all these can help in your management. Go see your ob/ gyn.

See you are 26 yo.: Have you been sexually active since your last normal period? Since you are late, I would go ahead and take a home pregnancy test. It is important to rule pregnancy in or out. Take care.
