Suggest: if it is "possible" that you obtain an OTC (over the counter ) Pregnancy test. (and repeat in 7-10 days if your period does not arrive! Hope this is helpful! If NOT pregnant it sound like you are having an anovulatory (no egg released) cycle with high estrogen levels (thus the breast tenderness) Hope this is helpful! DR Z
