Any OCP will do: Any oral birth control pill can help. Oral birth control pills increase your sex hormone binding globulin, a protein that will help to bind testosterone thus making testosterone levels lower. If you're heavy or overweight you may have excess testosterone as well. Mechanical removal of unwanted hair is an option: electrolysis, tweeting, laser, even at home laser.

PCO: Pco can cause extra hair growth (hirsutism) but birth control will not treat hirsutism. If your periods were regular to begin with, I do not see any reason for birth control pills which is known to cause migraine in a subset of patients.

Spironolactone: Spironolactone will not cause migraine. It will also work better. Usually 100-200mg is used, usually for years. Do not use if pregnant.
